Software Engineer (TypeScript/React/NestJS)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web systems using TypeScript
- Build UI components and web applications using React
- Develop backend APIs using NestJS and TypeORM
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases
- Collaborate with the team to improve product quality

- Grow into a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) by working closely with Japanese customers and improving communication & requirement-analysis skills
- Advance toward a Project Manager role by taking ownership of task planning, team coordination, and project delivery

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in web development (TypeScript, React, NestJS)
- Experience with TypeORM and PostgreSQL is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of teamwork and development workflows
- Japanese proficiency: JLPT N3 (strong) or above (N2 preferred)
- Ability to communicate requirements clearly with customers and team
